When orders are placed, personal information, for example your title, first name, last name, address, postcode, town/city, E-mail address, connection data (e.g. IP address) and telephone number, are collected. These data are mainly needed to process and deliver orders.

AZEV Alurad GmbH stores this information for business processing. These data are exclusively used and processed in compliance with existing data protection laws. The information required for processing transactions is stored and passed on to affiliated companies for the purpose of handling the order if necessary.

Furthermore AZEV Alurad GmbH uses and processes address and ordering information for internal marketing purposes - provided that the website user has given his/her consent. The member may revoke his/her consent to the use, processing and forwarding of data for marketing purposes at any time by sending a notification to AZEV Alurad GmbH, Datenschutz, Von-Siemens-Strasse 1, 64646 Heppenheim/Germany or via E-mail to "info@azev.de". On receiving the revocation, we will no longer use and process the data concerned for marketing purposes and will immediately discontinue the further mailing of advertising and/or transferring the data for advertising purposes.
