Quality standards
Our wheels are cast in Europe, where other premium vehicle manufacturers like Mercedes Benz, BMW, VW and high-quality tuners like Oettinger, AMG and Brabus, have their designs cast as well. Each wheel passes a thorough final inspection where it is checked for flaws using X-ray. Did you know AZEV produces the OE wheels for VW’s T5 transporter?
Customisation
AZEV wheels are finished to order and custom manufactured to fit your car, van or pickup truck exactly: CNC machines drill the bolt pattern and lathe the precise offset and centre bore so that plastic centring rings are not required. AZEV wheels run significantly smoother than most aftermarket wheels and are comparable to OE wheels in terms of running smoothness. We manufacture whatever is technically possible without a surcharge and starting at single wheels. All AZEV wheels are delivered with a TÜV certificate.
Finishing
Every AZEV wheel has a centre cap, which protects your wheels and bolts from theft while at the same time giving them a clean and stylish look. High-quality stainless steel lips are incorporated into AZEV’s multi-piece wheels. The spokes and the rim well are connected by high-quality, rustproof, stainless steel bolts.
Design
While many tuners jump on every trend, AZEV produces timeless wheel designs which will still impress in the future.
